Jason Palitsch has served as Executive Director of the 495/MetroWest Partnership since January 2020, having worked previously as Government Affairs Manager at Veterans Inc., a 501c3 non-profit headquartered in Worcester serving veterans in need and their families. Previously, he served as Communications Director to State Senator Michael O. Moore. A Shrewsbury resident, Jason served three terms as a member of the Shrewsbury School Committee; he is also a Town Meeting Member representing Shrewsbury's Precinct 8. Jason sits on the boards of Shrewsbury Youth & Family Services and Training Resources of America, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Shrewsbury. He holds a BA in Political Science from Northeastern University.

Robert Hart joined the 495/MetroWest Partnership in August 2023 as Manager of Policy and Planning. Robert holds a Master of Public Policy and a BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst. He previously worked for the Environmental League of Massachusetts. Robert is a resident of Hopkinton.
